At your own pace
One to One and One to Two is a great way of focusing on what you would like to develop in your practice or even to start a practice!
It is a 60-minute session that can support your usual practice, help you balance any other physical activity such as running, work with injury or simply discover what yoga is all about.
It can take place at your home or work, and we can set the session according to your own timetable.
